(“GadgetGlide,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile site, social‑media storefronts (including Facebook® Shop and Instagram® Shopping), applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or purchasing from GadgetGlide, or by engaging our online study‑help services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account SecurityTo purchase goods or receive services you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or account registration, and to keep such information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Scope of Products & ServicesRetail Mobile & Tech Products. We sell new and certified‑refurbished smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, and related electronics.
Study‑Help / Assignment Assistance. We provide academic support—research guidance, proofreading, and subject tutoring. We do not complete assignments on a customer’s behalf and we expressly discourage plagiarism. Purchasing our study‑help services constitutes your agreement to uphold your institution’s academic integrity policies.
Repairs & Trade‑Ins. Repairs are carried out by certified technicians; trade‑in values are estimates until devices are inspected in person.
4. Ordering ProcessPlacing an Order. When you place an order, you will receive an order‑confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance; a contract forms only when we dispatch the goods or confirm the service in writing.
Payment Methods. We accept major UK credit/debit cards, PayPal®, Klarna® Pay‑in‑3 and bank transfers. Payments are processed in GBP.
Pricing & VAT. Prices include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Pre‑Orders & Backorders. Estimated ship dates are provided for guidance only and may change.
5. Shipping & DeliveryWe ship to all UK mainland addresses and selected international destinations displayed at checkout.
Dispatch Times. Orders placed before 16:00 GMT Monday–Friday typically ship the same day.
Delivery Partners. Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, or a comparable courier. All shipments are fully tracked.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges14‑Day Right of Withdrawal. UK and EU consumers may cancel a purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Return Procedure. Request an RMA via support@gadgetglideshop.uk. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
Exceptions. For hygiene reasons, opened in‑ear audio products and custom‑ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Faulty Goods. Faults reported within 30 days qualify for a full refund or replacement; after 30 days, manufacturer warranty terms apply.
7. Warranties & RepairsManufacturer Warranty. New devices carry the full UK‑valid warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
Certified‑Refurbished Warranty. Refurbished items include a 12‑month GadgetGlide warranty unless stated otherwise.
Repair Warranty. Repair parts and labour are warranted for 90 days. Water‑damage repairs carry no warranty.
Opening or modifying your device by an unauthorised party voids all warranties.
8. Academic Integrity & Study‑Help DisclaimerOur study‑help services are intended for guidance only. You remain responsible for your own work and for compliance with the academic regulations of your institution. GadgetGlide disclaims liability for academic penalties arising from misuse of our materials.
9. User ConductYou agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export controls or sanctions.
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
Infringe the intellectual‑property rights of GadgetGlide or third parties.
Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
10. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is either owned by GadgetGlide or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Facebook® & Instagram® Commerce ComplianceBy purchasing through our Facebook® Shop or Instagram® Shopping, you also agree to Facebook’s Commerce Policies, Community Standards, and Merchant Terms. GadgetGlide reserves the right to cancel orders that violate these policies.
12. Third‑Party Links & ToolsOur Services may contain links to third‑party websites or tools. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or policies of third‑party sites.
13. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, GadgetGlide shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or products. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.
14. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless GadgetGlide, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider Ombudsman Services or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
